At A E Harris our sheet metal pressing department in Birmingham has some of the latest metal press equipment with highly skilled people producing quality press work on time for you, the customer.
The core business of A E Harris is its huge variety of pressed metal components. In addition, we continue to offer a complete engineering service to our broad customer base.
We have over 50 presses ranging from hand presses through to conventional power presses up to 200 tonnes capacity.
Our progression tooling fed by roll feeders, handle coils up to 2.5 tonnes max in weight. Secondary operations are carried out on both conventional and light guarded presses, plus we also have the facility to produce a range of deep drawn components.
Add to the above our other in-house capabilities and sub-contract finishing processes and the ‘Complete Engineering Solution’ becomes clear.
