Our tube bending cell operates the latest tube bending machines and utilises all of the equipment at its finger tips to produce a growing variety of forms and assemblies.
Equipped with a CNC controlled Addison and BLM Tube manipulators, handling tube diameters between 6 and 42 mm (2 mm max wall thickness) Max C/line radii of 150 mm and an axis accuracy of +/- 0.1 degrees (or 0.1 linear). Max bend arm movement 193 mm and length over mandrel of 3000 mm.
This machine has the capacity to be set up for draw, mandrel, compression or knuckle type bends.
The tube bending cell is also equipped with power presses and a welding section to facilitate high speed manufacture of integrated assemblies.
